  • Since ownership changed at the beginning of the year, the locker room is filthy, the showers are often broken and limited to 2 of 5, they don't provide towels, the staff have been late to open, and the kids center hours have been significantly updated such that it's no longer usable. Sad, really, there is a core of nice members here. I'd love to stay, but the fees are difficult to justify given the change in quality of service.
