  • I've been here twice, and have to say that I am really pleased by the concept. As a gluten-free diner, it's great to have so many choices. The unique New Orleans-themed decor is enhanced by custom metal-work art. And the Cajun-inspired cuisine is well-executed. I tried the mac-n-cheese (gluten-free) on my second visit. It came in a cast-iron Wisconsin-shaped pan. Nicely done. My only critique of this dish is that the cheese is so salty already, that I would consider adding a meat that is flavorful, but not salt-cured. I was actually unable to eat all of it at one sitting due to pending sodium overload. My previous visit was during the warm time of the year, and we were able to enjoy the outdoor seating and live music outside. This is a lovely spot, and I wish them great success. As other reviewers have noted, this seems to be a unique concept in this part of the country. Check them out!
