  • It was disappointing when I did the walk through, the model showed granite countertops with nice appliances and that was just the standard model, after signing all the paperwork we did a walkthrough and it is nothing like the model, it just looks so off. Everything works so I can't complain much either. The bathtub looks dirty no matter what. The apts smell old. The patio screen door is broken, I end up having to take the door off just to go to my patio. My dryer doesn't work, It takes about 2 to 4 spins to dry but it has been manageable for us to deal with it after the 5th work order.
