  • Rome has less marble then the marble on top of my Steak. This place was amazing but what else can you expect from a nice upscale proper steakhouse like this. They serve you your meat PIPIN hot straight of the oven at 500 degrees. They have great appetizers as well. Oysters, Crab, (I can't remember I was kind of drunk.) were all delicious. Ask the waiter for the drink options, they have a long list. I got the Filet Migon and it was SO GOOD. It felt like a bubble of meat that I was lucky enough to chew into. Medium Rare was a good consistency for me.
