  • This is a home decor super store that will eat away your hours and money, trust me! There is no shortage of variety and inspiration here. However, what is lacking 100% is their customer service and promotions. No sales, no promos that I could ever find and after signing up for their email twice still don't receive any introductory (wait for it...) 5% coupon. On my first visit I could only find one employee on their massive sales floor when I asked about back stock for a patio chair since one was badly scratched. Since she didn't "think there were anymore" I asked about a possible discount figuring I could easily repaint them. She just responded she couldn't do that and ask when I'm ready to check out to talk to a mgr. I would've liked to know before lugging multiple wrought iron chairs throughout the store. No offer was made to hold them in front or to go and ask. She didn't know her product well because the large end caps had at least 10-15 of these same chairs centrally located in the front of the store, I just had not gone that way yet. At the registers I realized that one of the 2 bath rugs I picked up was the wrong size. I asked the cashier if someone could please bring one up to the registers, rather than me going to (B.F.E.) retrieve it... The female mgr was called on the walkie and replied as if she was being bothered, very unfriendly and short to the cashier. She just responded with "they are in the back corner of the store"...no shit Sherlock I said that but asked for help. She just repeated the same thing along with "if she wants one they are in the back wall on the left". Wow, as a former retail manager I was shocked to hear her response out loud with no hesitation. I regret spending about $300 on this visit as I also couldn't get any help with large items or get any questions addressed. If I had not spent so much time carefully selecting new art work I would have walked right out for such a poor example of service. No apologies, no asking if I could be patient and wait just a refusal to do anything. Unfortunately I had to return to the store because one of the set of curtains only had one, rather than a pair. I decided although reluctantly to pick up a few candlesa and items for my upcoming wedding. It had been 5 or 6 days since my first visit so I mentioned to the cashier I didn't get an email or coupon, does it take longer? She said no just 2-3 days sorry you didn't get it. Okay so now this purchase was over $175 and no offer to give me the coupon anyway...or to sign me up again. I look at this place as a decor warehouse, with prices that are NOT competitive on anything whatsoever. The only benefit is a lot under one roof. From now on I'll pass and drive a couple places where my time and money are a little more appreciated. Their corporate office will be hearing about my experiences, along with so many items not having any price labeled. Since Yelp questions ask about their parking, you can only park to one side of their parking lot also. So definitely be prepared to walk...through a VERY bumpy pavement which makes no sense pushing a cart full of fragile items. It was all just a nightmare honestly.
