rev:text	Recently, my poor, abused 1997 Dodge Stratus failed to start. We tried a few things to fix it but couldn't figure it out. So I started calling around to local garages to see who might be able to help. I spoke with Brian at Vince's, and out of everyone I spoke to he was the most friendly, helpful, and said they could definitely diagnose and fix the problem. He took my name and phone number, and I called AAA to have the car towed there. Brian called me as soon as they opened the next morning to let me know the car was there. He kept me updated on the process and provided me with a quote before they started work. They had everything done within a day and a half of when the car arrived. It needed extensive work, and considering all that was done, the total cost was entirely reasonable. (My dad and sister are mechanics as well and they were impressed at the total cost.) In no way did they try to add extra costs for things that didn't really need to be done. They were also able to accommodate me picking up the car after their business hours, so I didn't even have to take time off from work. I was extremely impressed by the level of service I and my car received -- and trust me, this car has taken a beating, as I got it from someone who didn't take care of it at all. The car now starts beautifully and runs much better than it did previously (new spark plugs, ignition wires, engine tuneup, etc. etc.). If you are in the North Hills, I highly recommend contacting Vince's next time you need any auto work done. I know I will be taking my car there for everything now, even oil changes.
