  • Buyers beware. Though I really like the property and the grounds are maintained by a friendly staff, I bought my condo without a home inspection and nearly everything has broken since. I've had the AC repaired three times, the garage door opener twice, and now the dishwasher doesn't work - though it's brand new - Spanish Palms did not register it or give me the appliance warranty. But worse was the fact that I never used the heater and the day I turned it on, it doesn't work. Major repairs are needed to get it in compliance with codes. Since I've only been in the property for 8 months, I think these issues should not have occurred and the sellers should have been more responsible on their end.
