It is impossible to contact this office. The first call was dropped. I phoned back and my call was # 7 in line. After 12 minutes I was still #7. I tried to use the website and my computer was infected with a virus requiring a Geek Squad intervention. I once again called and finally got through. All I needed was information on accessing my records on Follow My Health as instructed by the email I received. My call was finally answered by someone that could not help me. She suggested I contact her manager. I called once again and the call was dropped. When calling back once again I had to leave a message since Melissa was either busy or not in. To say I am frustrated is an understatement. After 1.75 hours I still do not have an answer.
