The worst customer experience one can ask for. First off every time I have my car serviced here it comes back out with more problem (happened twice because they promised to have it fixed if I ever have a problem). My car has been dropped off here by a towing company and these guys lost my key and didn't even inform me about it until I called 7 hours after the car had been dropped off. When I called to speak to the manager who received the car his response was I understand but what do you want me to fucking do about it? My car now is left here with no key and all this guy is doing is denying the fact. I am definitely going to escalate this issue to the corporate office and the better business bureau and I want all potential customers to be aware of how irresponsible these guys are.
