  • Came in on 8/23. Was advised our order would be ready on 9/1. We had our contractor come in to pick it up on 9/7. First they couldn't find the order, then they said it's going to be ready on 9/8 and that I would receive a call, no call. I called on Monday 9/11 and was advised our door is ready for pickup on 9.12, although the promise date was 9/1. The staff is very unprofessional and the entire company is disorganized. The glass inserts are all different, left door is green, right door is blue.
