  • TOTALLY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF! I was quoted for a $29 driving fee and up to $40 service fee. Oh and that he would be here in 30 minutes. Over a hour latter he showed up saying it was going to be $160. YES 90 MORE! I was totally taken advantage of. I called Tom again gave him the same senerio and asked for a quote. I was given THE SAME $70 QOUTE. So how in the world would it have jumped 90 dollars! It was one lock that took 2 minutes to open. When I called Tom to explain the price difference he defended his price and decided to yell at me over the phone. I hung up, shaking from the experience he then preceded to text me more of his argument. Just to be clear, never in this process did we text. I never gave him permission to reach me personally. I have NEVER had such a bad customer service experience. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!
