  • If I could give them zero stars I would. I went in for an NT scan on monday and the office was so hot!! Seemed like the ac wasnt on. My scan was fine the lady was nice. The billing department and office is ridiculous. They made me pay $40 for a copay when I shouldnt of paid anything at all my insurance deductible was met 100% the lady on the phone told me they cant refund my money for 90 days and I have to request it they dont just send it. I advise people to really watch them and dont pay when you know your insurance is met! Who knows how many peoples money they have and havent refunded! You better believe I will NEVER use valley parinatal again and I WILL be getting my money back. I will not recommended valley parinatal ever! Why would I send someone to sit in the hot building and wait an hour to be seen. They say come in 30 mins prior to appt. Yet they are so behind they dont see you for an hour. This place is ridiculous!!!!!
