God, what happened to this place?
Previous positive visits led me to try and book Harvest for a private dinner with friends. I contact the restaurant by phone--got a curt "This is a bad time to talk!" reply from the owner. "No big deal," I thought to myself. "It's Friday, it's probably busy. Try again at a better time."
Dear readers, that better time never came.
Two emails and a phone call later, I finally managed to speak with someone. I booked the dinner and asked for a confirmation. Nothing. Two weeks pass and I check in on said confirmation. Nothing. Another week passes and I decide to email to cancel. Again, nothing.
I FINALLY get that missing confirmation a month after I've cancelled. Seriously. I can't think of a time where I've had worse customer service.
