  • Just skip this place. This is my third and final stay at The LINQ hotel. I usually prefer to stay at more upscale properties however I was in town for work and my company booked reservations. Where should I begin....Let's start of with their very late 4:00pm check-in time, 4pm, really? I arrived about 2:30, I was told they have plenty of rooms available but I would have to pay $35 if I wanted to check in an hour and a half early, like an idiot I paid the fee. Lets then talk about their resort fee, they claim it's $30 a night but they tax that so it works out to $34.50 per night. The resort fee is a scam and it is supposed to cover free Wi-Fi which brings me to my next gripe. The Wi-Fi is so bad it honestly only works about 50% of the time. It has such a poor connection speed that simply trying to stream music from Pandora was a chore and was constantly "buffereing". Cell service in the hotel is beyond terrible, I stated in my previous review that I believe they are using 4G jammers in their building and I still believe that is indeed the case. Good luck if you want to use a rideshare like Lyft or Uber, where they have their rideshare pick-up spot located there is no cell service and the Wi-Fi doesn't reach outside so I was never able to set up a rideshare, there were lots of people out there having the same issues. The elevators are a joke as well, they are slow, be prepared to spend som etime waiting for an elevator. In addition to slow they are noisy, bumpy, dirty and one of them with the green walls on the inside sounds like it is going to crash each time I was in it. The second one from the left with the blue walls actually has a crack in the front right corner where the two walls are separated and you can see the concrete wall of the elevator shaft passing by as you descend, very romantic lol. The rooms are nice and the housekeeping was good, that's actually the only thing that kept me from giving just a 1-Star review this time. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.
