  • This company offers the worst customer service, completely disorganized and lack of follow up and follow through. I used this company based on the positive reviews and am so disappointed and think I'll have to file a formal complaint with appropriate parties. The window washing itself seemed to be adequate but they didn't do an adequate job cleaning the window tracks, were supposed to clean my ceiling fan and came unprepared to do so and didn't get done and then the window washer didn't properly refasten my sun screens and one flew off and was damaged. After multiple calls they finally sent a crew out to secure them properly. They took my damaged screen to repair or replace 2 months ago and have yet to return it. That's theft! They never have any idea what is going on when I call and Tyler is the least helpful person. I'll ask him questions and he just sits on the line in silence. So I'll be contacting the attorney general and 3 On Your Side are my next steps. It's a window screen - should have caused this much of a problem. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
