  • My husband and I met some friends here the other afternoon for lunch, and we had a great time. The restaurant wasn't too noisy -- the perfect volume for us to converse and hear one another clearly. Our waiter was nice, didn't hover, but took care of us very well. I had the Mozzarella Salad, and it was delicious. It was a very generous size, and was served with three pieces of Olive Bread on the side. I'm not a huge fan of Olive Bread, but with some of the salad placed on top of the bread, it was delicious. The mozzarella was fresh and the greens crisp, and although the salad was served with a creamy balsamic dressing, when I asked our waiter if I could have just straight balsamic vinegar instead, he switched it for me with no problem. My husband had the Reuben, and he said that it wasn't stellar, but that it was okay. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their food, and one thing I took notice of was that quite a few recipes include prosciutto -- even a breakfast dish that one of our friends ordered, putting the prosciutto in place of bacon. I thought that was really interesting and unique. :-) Great experience, great food, and awesome vibe. We will definitely be back.
