  • As the other reviewer mentioned, they have changed their company name multiple times. It's now called "V Star LLC." The owner Tom Wong writes his quotes through V Star LLC, but you write your check out to Signature Shutters, very odd. They built and installed shutters that were too small for the window. I have made over 4 appointments with them for warranty repairs of their defective products. They failed to show up all 4 times. The excuses they used were "we arrived but nobody was home" I immediately knew that was a lie because my entire family was home the entire day. I was home the entire day! Another excuse they have used multiple times is "we tried to call but nobody answered." I did not get any missed calls." This excuse is getting very old. They eventually showed up to fix the wrong shutter on the 5th appointment. I would not recommend this company to anybody. Multiple people have filed similar complaints with the Better Business Bureau.
