  • I was a tenant for about 1.5 years. I recently had to terminate my lease before the term was up because my mom was in a critical medical condition that required me moving to where she was for a long period of time. Unfortunately, club cancun did not care about this and still required me to pay the full amount of 1500 break lease in addition to the 30 day notice. While I had no problems during my tenancy, I'm very disappointed that they don't care enough about their tenants to give them some break even given the unfortunate circumstance.
