| - I've been to this movie theater a couple times now with my Mimi and would have to say it's fairly average. The perk for us is the theater is close to her house, but in terms of the theater-going experience, it's just ok. I see a lot of complaints about this theater's seating, but here are my thoughts on that...
Remember in the early '00s when theaters upgraded from flat row seating to stadium seating? This theater probably has not changed since. I think that movie-goers have come to expect a lot what with the latest changes of recliners, fully stocked bars, and some of the dinner theater, especially why pay money when you can utilize a streaming service with your surround-sound setup at home on your luxurious couch. Sure, the theater is dated, but that's not in and of itself a bad thing. Just know that's what you're getting when catching a flick here.
Fandango definitely has improved the process as you can buy tickets online and show them your QR code to read the tickets. Prices were about what I'd expect for an evening show (12.95 for adult, 9.00 for senior), and Mimi and I opted for "small" sodas that were, as usual, overpriced.
They'll probably get around to making some upgrades if they want to keep a steady clientele going, but for now, this slightly-dated theater will do just fine!
