rev:text	honestly i do not know if i caught them on a bad day or if they just didn't like me but i had the worst experience here. Not only did they mess up my hair and damage it to the fullest extent, they were insulting and impatient with me. When i arrived they were very pleasant and inviting but that was it. they sat me down and repeatedly told me i had a lot of hair i mean i know that but to tell me 4 times and emphasize on it? that was excessive. also kept telling me how damaged it was..again i know that. Then my stylist (i forgot her name) brought over her assistant or another stylist how ever they were and they started teasing my hair and i'm fine with that but he kept pulling my hair really hard and actually pulled some out and when it finally was finished and dried it came out pee yellow. it looked terrible and i told her i wanted it brown like the picture i showed her she kept telling me wait until she blow dries it i finally said okay then she has this worried face on her as it gets dryer then she finally admits that she needs to put more color in it and i had this face like yeah duhh.... so she puts more bleach in my hair (what was the point in that i will never know) then puts color dye in my hair and has me wait in the chairs by the entrance (which was really awkward) then she just all of sudden got frustrated with me for some reason and as she was washing my hair for the 2nd time she is scrubbing the shit out of my hair, so hard my head feels bruised. i just kind of sat up like really? and she just told me to lay down again. and when we got back to her station she gets a phone call and i heard her saying "lunch 2pm yeah lunch at 2pm is good." keep in mind it is 1:25pm and my hair is still soaking wet. she starts blow drying my hair and hands me a brush and asked me to help her brush out my hair...i mean i was not insulted or anything but just a little confused, so my hair is all dried and she starts curling it with no product or anything then has the nerve to tell me that the color she did for my hair to fix it normally cost an extra $45....what?! YOU messed up my hair... why should i have to pay for your mess up. and she keeps repeatedly looking at the clock and starts to rush through my hair and finally she is done....and it looks dead and terrible. she kept telling me how beautiful i look and it came out great. i paid $180 to look like crap. & to put the icing on the cake in the beginning she told it was only $2 fee to use my debt why did she tell me when i was paying it was $5? and i see everybody on here it only cost them $1?! I ran out of there and into to sally's beauty to get some dye and hair replenishing. Even the worker there told me she did a terrible job and it looks like hay.... again maybe i caught them on a bad day because everybody else seems to like them. but i will never be back here again.
