  • I took a star away because of the valet service. Depending what time of day it is getting your car can take awhile. I prefer a self parking lot saves me the hassle of coughing up tip money every time especially if I am just stopping by for 10-15 min to grab something from the room. The whole valet only parking is a bad idea it'll be nice if it were optional with a near by self parking lot. I thought the rooms here were ok but for a 5 star hotel I expected better. I don't think they thoroughly clean the rooms as nice and pay attention to detail. I noticed hairs on the floor and Disneyland stickers on the cabinets where the hell did Disneyland stickers come from? FYI there is a $35 a day resort fee this will cover free valet, slow wifi and etc. Although the valet is "Free" I can't help but feel obligated to tip them every time it just feels wrong not to I was able to get a free complimentary upgrade to my room and also check-in early ~10 AM with a $20 sandwich trick. The room I booked was standard but I ended up with a much larger room with a south view of the strip. Living room with guest bathroom and full kitchen. It was definitely worth it!
