  • Just when I was about to give up on myself and getting back into shape, my mom and I were at a car wash here in Scottsdale and saw a local magazine with a front cover of Recess Endurance. It caught my eye so I opened it to the article. I can't pinpoint what it was, but I wanted to try it. Maybe it was the intriguing article about Heated Spin Class. Or the Far Infrared Sauna. But it made me feel, motivated. Or inspired maybe. So I promised myself I'd give it a shot. And I did. That was 8 weeks ago. And I'm not going anywhere. And I feel motivated and strong. This amazing facility is full of energy and good vibes!! Everyone is so friendly!! The instructors are amazing. Katie, who is the owner, is a powerhouse!! She is the real deal! I'm not kidding. She has an amazing story and is the most dedicated, compassionate, yet push you til you cry out obscenities, instructor. In my mind during the workout I'm cussing her out. But after class I want to give her the biggest hug. She incorporates exercise challenges with a set of Suns tickets for the win. Or VIP tix to the Open. There's hayrides during the holidays and an occasional Hip Hop class with some fun festivities before. This is a great facility hands down. Not to mention CLEAN!! And the Sauna!! Amazing!! I highly recommend Recess Endurance!! Obviously. :)
