Another venue I love, so it's not surprising it's basically the big brother to crescent. While obviously a much larger venue than the ballroom, it's also probably one of the nicest music venues I've ever been to.
They have an outdoor patio with a beverage/snack window which is great to hang out on if you want some fresh air. Then you walk inside and are greeted by a beautiful bar, and a great open space for live music. They have a balcony should you want to chose that view, but I've never made it up there myself yet as I usually like to be down on the floor. There is a second bar closer to the stage on the side as well.
The bathrooms are honestly the nicest bathrooms I've ever encountered at a music venue. Tons of stalls, nice sinks, always soooo clean and I've never had to wait to use the restroom, even at sold out shows. Honestly so impressive.
Even when I've been at sold out shows I've still never felt like it was so crowded that it was uncomfortable.. you still have room to hang back if being in the heart of the crowd isn't your thing. Every bartender I've encountered has also been very nice and welcoming. Yes, the prices are event venue prices, but what do you expect!
If you like live music, you've got to see a show here!
