  • NEVER go to this place!! I'm new to area and trying to find a good nail salon so I walked in and several technicians are there working on clients but NOT ONE BOTHERED to greet me or ask what service I wanted!!! I looked through and selected a nail shade, sat down and STILL NOTHING!! Sorry I'm in service industry and I'd be out of business if I treated potential clients that way. Maybe they have enough business and don't need more but for the rest of us....continuing to grow a business is important. Bottom line if you expect BASIC customer service -- DON'T go there!
