  • I am still in the final throes of my divorce -- I have received the decree of dissolution but my spouse still owes me several hundred thousand dollars and is not paying. In the divorce process, I have used 4 different attorneys -- each as bad as the other. One tried to cancel a settlement hearing 3 days before it was scheduled so that he could go to Vegas, after I waited 5 months for it. Another didn't return my emails or calls for 11 days, and then I found out that his license had been suspended twice for failing to communicate with his clients. Victor, on the other hand, is smart, organized, generous with his time, and responds quickly. My case is pretty complicated, with property and businesses to divide (the decree was 27 pages) and he reviewed everything in one day and is already more knowledgeable about the case than the other 4 lawyers combined.
