  • My puppy got bit by another dog resulting in my puppy having a pierced cheek that has not stop bleeding. You can see the hole in his cheek that shows his gums on the other side. When I called to ask if this location could see him the receptionist Rena made it clear that my request was an inconvenience. Some of the things she said: "well, like, how bad is it? Do you really need to come in? Or can this just like wait till later in the week?" .... lady my dog is BLEEDING AND IT WON'T STOP. No, I cannot wait. I pay Banfield enough money to at least hire some courteous staff. Your patients should never be an inconvenience to you and your company.
