Six months later........
So I had a permanent change of station with the military to AZ. I submitted a 30 days' notice and Progress turns around and slaps me with an $800.00 utility bill. Sheena Guillory says it was a "projected bill" (despite me paying my utility bill on time every single month in full of $223.00 on average). I have not received my deposit because Sheena recorded my address wrong when she mailed it and I haven't received a statement of charges so I don't know if I need to dispute anything or remind them that I left their home in a better condition than they gave it to me in. I was provided with a number to their corporate office and final got a representative after 45 minutes who tried to rush me off the phone. CONSUMERS!!!! PLEASE!!! IF YOU WANT A PIECE OF MIND!! RENT ELSE WHERE! Progress Residential staff has been proven time and time again to be rude, unprofessional to their customers with very low competence in the area of communication between their staff and a conveying information to their customers. It's six month later and instead of me telling you all that it's not bad, I'm telling you that the last day of your lease will be just as bad as your first day.
Also- I lived at 6364 Gentlewood Ave in Las Vegas. Its a cute house but a piece of ____. EVERYTHING WAS BROKEN WHEN I MOVED IN and they didn't fix anything that was listed during my move in inspection.. nothings change....
