  • I came to shoe lab this past Monday to have padding installed for my heels since I have to wear them for work for 8 hours. They quoted me $45 just for the padding on the ball of my foot. I thought that was pretty expensive. Then they said it would be a two week turn around. I said I would pay extra to have it expedited. They charged me extra $20 and said it would be done before Friday. Well, Friday rolls around and I haven't received a call. I call them and they said it would be ready by Saturday. I decided not to have any work done at all. I found another shoe repair shop called "Quality Shoe" in Henderson. They were able to install padding on the whole shoe as well as install rubber on the bottoms to absorb shock. They did this all for $65 AND did it in 2 hours. Job well done Quality Shoe....but not so much Shoe Lab. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
