  • Scoop and Joy has some great ice cream worthwhile for the visit. The location is in a nice business complex in Scottsdale just off the 101. It's definitely got a fancy scottsdale vibe to it. While there, we got some milkshakes and an ice cream cookie sandwich with a chocolate chip and peanut butter cookie. The milkshakes were pretty good. The ice cream flavor was great but thought they were a bit runny and tasted watery due to mixing the milkshakes with ice and ice cream versus milk and ice cream (we got a Strawberry & a Cookie Monster Milkshake.) The ice cream sandwich wasn't as big of a hit. While the ice cream was good, we found the peanut butter cookie was less than flavorful and not really delicious at all. The chocolate chip cookie was better, but not the best. Pricing was a bit on the higher end we felt for what we got. Staff was friendly and service was fine. Overall, the location was nice and the ice cream was good but I'd stick to an ice cream treat such as scoops or the fun designs you see in the photos. Milkshakes are good too, but I'd stay away from the cookies.
