  • I am so glad I discovered this place. A dedicated meat shop is a dream come true. They have a ton of selection and one can pre-order any item you can think of. I have tried their Wagu and dry-aged NY strips and both were fantastic. My all time favorite is the home made jalepeño sausages. Place has a few other items besides meats. Very cool selection of salts. I have my eye on the enormous lobster tails they have but that would be a dish for a football team so waiting for the right timing :) I must also compliment the staff. Everyone is always very helpful and patient to guide each customer to select exactly what one would be looking for.
