  • Although I did not end up having to use Jeff; he was gracious enough to provide me and my neighbor with great information about possibly short-selling our homes a while back when the market was SO bad and we were seriously considering our options. He visited us in our home; went over the pro's and con's, gave us a market review and answered all of our questions. Meeting someone who is genuine and honest about what you can and can't expect is refreshing. My time is important and Jeff is a straight shooter about the markets. You may want "X" for your home, but in this market you can sell it for "Y"... if you go for "X" you can expect your home to sit unsold for a long time so what is your realistic time table? I have Jeff's contact info in my phone and I give his name out to everyone I meet now that is wanting to buy or sell. He just knows his stuff, has the right attitude and well, he's a nice guy. Who wants to spend hours with someone who isn't nice right? Thanks Jeff for your honest guidance. I will use you in the future when I sell or buy my next home.
