Interesting restaurant! Stopped by on a Tuesday evening and it was surprisingly busy. They specialize in small plates and "dim sum" style dining, although most of their entrees are more gastro pub inspired than traditional dim sum. I strongly recommend the Pork Belly Bites or the Short Ribs with Hollandaise (which were excellent). They also have several Asian inspired noodle bowls were looked great. I tried their two sharable drinks, and they were definitely an interesting experience. The first was very tropical and was served in a shallow bowl with a floating lime that had been lit on fire, and the second was a tad stronger and was served in a Porron. Very fun, will definitely return.
