  • DO NOT USE THE WINDSHIELD REPLACEMENT COMPANY THAT WORKS OUT OF THIS LOCATION! They had me replace my windshield with Windshield Excellence, who works out of their locations. They sent the guy over to my home to replace it the same day. Great, except he scratched my car and got greasy hand prints all over the inside trim around my window when he was changing it out. I contacted Derrick the manager, who was very friendly, but corporate never calls me back and they did not fix the damage. Not only did they not fix the damage, the guy who did it called me and tried to blame me (how is that even possible) and then came to my house. Car wash was horrible. In addition to all this, my seats from the cleaning were so greasy, you could see where they only partially wiped down the interior, lots of dog hair left in the carpet and the windows were streaked. As much as I hate the thought of doing it, I'll be washing my car myself from now on!
