I showed up to an appointment at 11:20. (My appointment was for 11:30). They told me that it would take about 30-40 minutes. Cool. An hour goes by and at this point I've seen about 5 other people leave who came in AFTER me. Kinda irritated me. So I went up and asked how much longer. "There's 7 cars ahead of yours". Not one other person in that waiting room had been there longer than I had. So I have no idea how they prioritize their list of cars. Another hour goes by and they finally bring my car into the garage. It takes about 15-20 minutes for them to replace my tires. The wait time wouldn't have bothered me if I wasn't told 30-40 minutes at first. Halfway home my tire pressure light comes on so I pull over to check the tire pressure. The two tires they didn't replace are both at 32. Like my tires should be. One they replaced was at 45 and another was at 24. Literally not even in the ballpark of what they should have been. For a place that specializes in tires, I didn't expect to leave there with tire pressures that far off. That's unacceptable in my eyes. The tire prices are about the only thing that this Discount Tire has going for them. Make sure you are prepared to wait and make sure you ask them if they checked the pressure before you leave. Even though that's their job. Still have 2 more tires to replace but I probably won't be back.
