  • I would give them a zero if there was a option. Spoke with Jason over a week ago to book the appt., said he would send over his insurance certificate along with other relevant paperwork to confirm they were legit and needless to say never received anything. The crew was scheduled to be here for their first visit between 2-3pm today and no surprise, No call AND No Show. Called the company they couldn't even find my information. WHAT A JOKE.
