Rude. . i eat at this chipotle multiple times a week, and I just finished ordering got to the register and Emily charged me. I proceeded to ask her for lemons and she opened the fridge and said sorry we are out, so I asked if she could please cut some ? And she said no, sorry. I said, why is that? She responded, " because, not right now Im in the middle of something". I said , "are you serious" and she said, Yes and turned away. Customer service is a part of every job and I feel Emily would benefit from customer service training this is NOT the way employees should act . I am dissappointed, that Chipotle allows this behavior. (If you check the cameras, there was no one in line when i arrived at 8:40-8:45pm) & i observed 4 employees walking around in the kitchen . this was not a difficult task.
