  • AMAZING! This is REAL CAJUN! I'm from East Texas and have lived in Vegas for 8 years and this is the first time I've had Gumbo that tasted like home! Its the real deal, no cooking from a cookbook here, these people live the food :) I'm looking forward to many more meals to come. Watch out waistline....! My son said "I can taste the bayou", indeed!
