  • Dory, the owner was extremely rude. We were left stranded because our vehicle that was repaired at Premier didn't start again. We called and Dory was not helpful at all. When she asked for the information about the date the repairs were initially completed, we didn't have them on hand... of course... because we are stranded. I asked if she could look it up and she stated that "She was tired of doing other people's work." In the process of her rant, she mentioned that they use "used parts" to do repairs. My wife got on the phone to try and talk to her to which she responded "Ugh, Oh my God." My wife asked if she could speak to the owner, to which she replied that she was the owner and hung up. Never again will we go to a place that has absolutely no regard for the faulty work they perform or care about their customers being stranded because of their faulty work. Would not recommend to family or friends. Beware.
