  • I read these Yelp reviews before we stopped by the store so I was expecting the worst. I have been hunting for a pair of nude New Simple everywhere to be told that they're sold out. Since we're in Vegas for the long weekend, I thought I'd check out this store too. Honestly, after reading the bad reviews, I was dreading it. I hate giving someone who doesn't deserve it a fat commission. But shockingly, I got the best service ever. If you're ever in this store, ask for Veronica. Honestly, I got lucky since she really was the only real nice one. The rest of them seemed uninterested in anyone. The store was pretty packed, and she was the only one running around helping people and answering questions. She talked me out of spending my hard earned money on a pair of shoes I absolutely adored but the heels were really high. She made me put them on and told me to walk around the marble outside the store. If I still loved them after I did so, by all means. Otherwise, I should hold off for the ones I really really love. Boy, was I glad I did just as she suggested. The shoes were gorgeous purple but the heels were at least 5" and honestly, not only could I not walk in them, I could barely stand straight. I love her for talking me out of them. Normally, SAs really don't care to give you their honest opinion, all they care about is making commission, but as she said, "I rather you not hate me and come back." I really appreciated her honesty. Sadly, they didn't have what I was looking for. Well, they did except, not my size. They have them in 37 and 38, but Not 37.5. Just my luck. Their selection is definitely better than the one at South Coast Plaza. The store is also a bit bigger than South Coast. I am going to go back to South Coast one more time this weekend since I was told they were getting new shipment the end of the month. If I am still out of luck, I will give Veronica a call and have her do the order. I rather give her the commission than anyone else who doesn't deserve it.
