  • I enjoyed my stay at this Doubletree and will continue to stay here when I travel to CL for business. The hotel is in a great location to the Federal Bldg. where I had meetings. And being a Govt. consultant they provided me free breakfast and an upgraded room. My room was very nice, a bit small, but cozy and a beautiful view of Lake Erie. Lucky for me the Air Show was in town and I got to watch the Blue Angels practice! My room was missing soaps but a quick call to the front desk and they were delivered in minutes. The towels were fluffy, the shower had great pressure, the bedding was excellent, and I didn't hear neighbors or doors closing. One flaw - a train went by at 3am and woke me up, but I easily fell back to sleep in the cozy bed with fluffy pillows. The bar downstairs was a great place o have a drink and read my magazine. The food was okay - I recommend traveling to Tremont for dinner.
