I've experienced better Customer Service at a McDonald's that got my order wrong.
I literally stood at the registered without being served for 2 minutes one morning. I was the only one there and with no one around, I wondered why it would take this long. Then I noticed someone on their cell phone and thought, "must be a really important text message". Then I noticed there was in fact 2 people working at this location - that's just unfortunate.
They get a three because I'm a big fan of Booster Juice and the product was still outstanding even though I had to wait.
The second time I went there, I witnessed it happening as the two people working kept their backs turned to the register for another 2 minutes on another willing customer.
Ridiculous.
