| - Employees are rarely reachable, except for Lisa, who seems to be the only one who knows what's what. Though she gets things done, she isn't the boss.
The superintendents of the Gamble Ave buildings are sorely lacking, doing things half-gassed, are ill informed as to the laws regarding tenant rights and are often rude. It is also VERY difficult to actually speak to them, they don't answer phone calls or intercom buzzers. The most effective way of reaching them is to wait to run into them, which is very inconvenient if you work.
It seems as though this company only wants to save money, but if they spent a little, potential tenants would not only be in abundance, they would be happy to pay more rent than what Bayfield is charging.
They do not accept debit cards for rent in the Gamble Ave locations, which is the standard at most other rental properties in the area. They could though, since they have card reloaders for the laundry rooms, the problem is that the office never has anyone in it. The empty office also makes it near impossible to pick up or drop off work orders etc.
