  • Does not deserve 1star. Horrible customer service from the second I drove in. Cooper from the windshield replacement is a relentless high pressure, rude salesman with zero people skills, and the worst customer service imaginable. I should have went with my gut and told him to back off, but I went ahead and allowed his business to replace my wind shield. They were late to the appointment and brought the wrong windshield, and were mad that I sent it back and asked for the correct one that I specifically ordered. The windshield they installed cracked in 2 different places from what I believe to be poor workmanship upon installation (the cracks were right along the seams moving towards the middle of the window on 2 different places) and when I called to discuss their "lifetime replacement" options, Cooper was so rude that I had to pass the phone to my husband to handle it. Being the sweet person my husband is, he decided to give Cooper another shot, but I new he didn't deserve our business and money and rightfully had my concerns about quality workmanship so I called my insurance to bring in a reputable company to cover the replacement. When we called to cancel with Cooper, he was irate and hung up on us!!! Please, never give your business to CML Auto glass. Copper is the owner and does not value repeat clients!
