  • Straight talk. Excellent customer service. They replaced the Hybrid battery in my 2004 Honda Civic. Chris is a consummate professional. If you are looking for a hybrid battery replacement, you'll get a refurbished factory Honda battery from the dealer but at Whilhelm you get a brand new Bumblee bee battery (http://bumblebeebatteries.com/) battery with a 3 year warranty. That is in addition to the 2 year parts and labor warranty Wilhelm gives with their work (concurrent). They finished my cars 2 days before I could pick it up and had no problems keeping it for me. Five big fat stars from me.
