  • Meh experience with Blue Streak, but the delivery guys redeemed them and got that third star. They were the "local delivery" company who was set up to deliver my order from NordicTrack. Courtney called me on 2/1 and left a message to schedule delivery. When I called back, I didn't get the name of the person I talked to, but he was definitely scatterbrained and not organized. I had to tell him my name multiple times and even then, he pulled up the wrong order. He told me they could deliver on 2/2 between 1-5 and I said that window didn't work but that I could do more like 2:30-5, and he said that was fine and would be my delivery window. Courtney called on the morning of 2/2 and I told her that I had already scheduled it, and she said that it would be 1-5 that afternoon. I told her that whomever I had spoken to the night before said we could do 2:30-5, and she said they couldn't guarantee. Understanding this wasn't her fault but frustrated, I explained that I shouldn't have been told that if they couldn't do it. She said she'd speak to the driver and they could do that window. At 12:55 the driver called and said he'd be there in 20 minutes. I apologized profusely to him and said that I didn't know why he had been sent out at the time when I had explained to multiple people that I wasn't able to accept the delivery at that time. They said it was okay and to call the office back the reschedule. I called again and scheduled delivery for 2/6 between 12-4. I spoke to a woman who asked if I would be upset if the delivered that day anyway and just left it on my patio. I asked if I would be refunded the extra money I had paid for indoor delivery and she said they couldn't do that because I didn't order it from them. Um yeah, then I'd be upset if they left it on the patio. At this point I'm a little peeved at having to push it back several days, as I was thinking I'd have my item on Friday. The drivers called when they were headed my way, and were kind enough to deliver the treadmill to the actual room it would be set up in and not just the threshold. Thanks to the delivery guys they got three stars, but other than the experience was kind of a mess. I didn't get a choice to work with them, but if you do, maybe look at some other options.
