  • Took a Dell laptop workstation into their service center. Paid the $35 to have it shipped out to someplace to have it repaired only to get a call from the service center telling me they don't even work on workstation laptops. Told the tech at Best Buy they charged me to send something out that the repair center doesn't even fix. He never offered to make it right. They are a total rip off! They should know the service center doesn't work on that type of laptop and should have refunded my money due to their lack of knowledge. I will never take anything there again.
