We have eaten here several times and actually like their food and beer selections. And the services has always been pretty good. So why did I rate them 2 stars? Because we tried to have our wedding rehearsal dinner here for 30 people and received no response from the manager. We stopped in one day and spoke with an assitant manager who took all our information and assured us we would hear from the manager, Kevin E., later in the week. Nope, that didn't happen. I emailed Kevin. I tried to call Kevin. No response. That is fine if you can't take our reservation and accomodate us, but let us know. A quick email or phone call would be good customer service. And it would have changed my 2 star review to a 4 or 5 star review.
