  • I ordered my tile floors from the Empire Flooring store inside Paradise Valley JCPenney's store (it is no longer there) I dealt with Scott (manager), Erik & Richard from this store. My experience with these gentleman was great. Eventually I dealt with Dan (I think he's a regional manager). Then I had Omar and his team that did the actual installation. I do NOT have one negative word to say about how I was treated from start to finish. I was expecting problems after reading some of the reviews, but gosh, I did not experience anything negative (except the normal disruption to your home while work is being done). My floors look phenomenal. Omar & his crew worked non-stop. They started at 0700 and ended about 1800 every day...no breaks (non were smokers)...I saw them once take a lunch break about 1400 and they were back within 35 minutes. I also cannot thank Dan enough for his personal attention...that is customer service.
