rev:text	Last year we purchased carpet for our bedroom from Carefree Floor without a problem. It was their premium carpet. We ordered a floor rug 15' x 17'. I was called the day before to notify us the carpet would be delivered the next day. I asked for a call 15 minutes beforehand so I didn't need to wait at home. I did not receive a call, text or message on my cell phone. At 2:30, Carefree Carpet called our shop to tell us they had delivered our carpet and left it in our driveway! They left it outside our gate because of our dog. Obviously I wasn't thrilled and had my 5 guys on overtime to carry, lay the rug and move my furniture back. The rug was delivered at 1:30. It could have been done sooner. Carefree Floors called my cell at 4 to let me know they could install my rug the next day. After we laid the carpet ourselves, I called back Brian, the owner, to let him know everything was in and was fine. I asked if they could schedule a carpet cleaning for the VERY expensive carpet they had laid in my bedroom. Brian told me there were lots of carpet cleaners out there and I should call someone else. He said I had an attitude. We are a local business in Cave Creek too and support our town. Home Depot, carpet shops, etc all lay carpet but we paid premium price to support a local business in Cave Creek. Carefree Carpets are aware of our business in town too. Poor communication with their customer. We would never tell our customers their feelings were an attitude. Very unprofessional. Hopefully they won't leave carpets outside for future customers.
