  • Veronica and her team just left and I couldn't be happier with what they accomplished. I'm not gonna lie, I had let things go a bit due to some personal distractions, and there's always cat hair tumbleweeds around, but they did such an AMAZING job and got everything. They even managed to completely clean the textured bottom of my tub, which I have spent many hours trying to accomplish. The ladies were super nice, quick and efficient. I opted for the deep clean add-on and my baseboards and wood blinds are spotless. No cat hair to be found. I had given them all glasses of water (they didn't ask; I insisted), and they washed the glasses before they left. I just can't say enough good things about how great my townhouse looks. Additionally, the process of booking and managing is super easy. I love that I can handle it all online through the customer portal. The email reminders were also super helpful. For someone who hates dealing with things on the phone, this was optimal :) Oh and one last thing--they made pretty toilet paper flowers in my bathroom!
